黃俊堯
倫敦商學院行銷博士,現為國立臺灣大學工商管理學系暨商學研究所教授。主要研
究領包括為行銷數量模型、顧客群分析、銷售預測、網路瀏覽行為分析。學術論文長期
發表於國際學術期刊。
Chun-Yao Huang, holding a Ph.D. from London Business School, is a Professor at
Department of Business Administration, National Taiwan University. His current research
interests include Quantitative Marketing Models, Customer Base Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and
Analysis of Internet Usersʼ Online Behavior. His serial research papers have been published by
international academic journals.

柳秉佑
現為國立臺灣大學商學研究所博士生,國立中山大學經濟學研究所碩士。研究領域
為線上評論分析。學術論文曾發表於國內外學術期刊及國際會議。
Ping-Yu Liu (corresponding author) is a Ph.D. Candidate of Department of Business
Administration, National Taiwan University. He completed his master degree at Institute of
Economics, National Sun Yat-sen University. His research focuses on analysis of online review.
His research papers have been published at international and domestic academic journals and
conferences.
