Jen-Jen Tseng
Jen-Jen Tseng (Ph.D., National Chung Cheng University) is a Professor of Department
of Finance, and is the Dean of School of Business Administration, Chien Hsin University
of Science and Technology. Her major research interests are the areas of mergers and
acquisitions, as well as corporate growth strategies.

*Yung-Cheng Lai
Yung-Cheng Lai (Ph.D., National Taiwan University) is an Assistant Professor of
Department of International Business, Chien Hsin University of Science and Technology.
His major research interests are multimarket contact, the semiconductor industry, and
corporate growth strategies.

Tzu-Chuan Kao
Tzu-Chuan Kao (Ph.D., National Chung Cheng University) is an Associate Professor
of Department of Financial Management, Kun-Shan University. Her major research
interests are insurance theory, financial risk management, and corporate governance.
