               *Hui-Fen Chen
                    Hui-Fen Chen is currently a Professor in the Department of Education and the
               Master’s Program in Educational Innovation and Evaluation at National Taipei University
               of Education. Her research interests include educational innovation, institution, and
               innovation, and cultural and creative industry innovation. Her academic papers have been
               published in Sun Yat-Sen Management Review, Journal of Management, Organization
               and Management, Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Library and
               Information Science, Journal of Information Management, and Journalism Research.
               She is also the author of Tradition in Circulation: The Way of Festival innovation, Local
               Practices of Mentoring and Social Innovation: Lai Qingsong and Huang Shengyuan,
               Creativity Knocks on the Door: Building an Old House for Your Talent Selection, Robust
               Design: Educational Innovation Principles that Overcome Constraints.
