Author Biography
Jun-Yu Zhong
Jun-Yu Zhong is a Post-doctoral Researcher at the Department of Business
Administration of National Chengchi University. He received his Ph.D. degree from
National Taipei University. His research interests include human-computer interactions,
online word-of-mouth, and service innovation. His research has been published in
European Journal of Marketing, Service Industries Journal, Management Review, Journal
of Technology Management, Journal of Information Management, Journal of Management
& Systems, and been presented at several international conferences.
Yu-Cheng Hsieh
Yu-Cheng Hsieh is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Department of Business Administration
of National Taipei University. Her research interests include e-commerce, consumer
behavior, and employee innovation performance. Her research has been presented at
several international conferences.
Peiyu Pai
Peiyu Pai is an Associate Professor at the Department of Business Administration
of National Chengchi University. She received her Ph.D. degree from Warwick Business
School, the University of Warwick. Prior to her Ph.D. study, she worked for an academic
publisher in Taiwan as the marketing manager. Her research interests include online
community cultivation, socialization process in virtual settings, customer relationship
management, and service marketing. She has publications in Journal of the Association
for Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, Information & Management,
International Journal of Human-Computer Studies, European Journal of Marketing,
Service Industries Journal, and presentations at several international conferences.
*Ting-Ling Lin
Ting-Ling Lin is a Professor at the Department of Business Administration of National
Taipei University. She received her Ph.D. degree from National Taiwan University. Her
