the strictest threshold. The third quartile deviation and the sample mean were the other
two threshold levels. Numerous key influences were found among the interrelated
RM-BSC risk factors. Unlike in the Tseng et al. (2011) study, these influences comprised a
complex network, and showing any paths for strategic development was not easy. By
contrast, key looped influences were identified using a threshold stricter than that of the
third quartile deviation such as A2→A3 and A3→A2. However, numerous meaningful
factors such as management risk were detected.
