Author Biography
Yu-Ching Chiao
Dr. Chiao is a Professor of Department of Business Administration at National Chung
Hsing University. He received his Ph.D. from National Chengchi University. His major
research interests include international business management and competitive dynamics.
His publications have appeared in many journals such as Journal of World Business,
Journal of Business Research, International Marketing Review, International Business
Review, MIR: Management International Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior,
Journal of Applied Psychology, European Journal of International Management, IEEE
Transactions on Engineering Management, Small Business Economics, Journal of
Teaching in International Business, Asian Case Research Journal, Journal of Business
& Industrial Management, Journal of Management and Business Research, NTU
Management Review, Management Review, Journal of Management & Systems, and
Industry and Management Forum.

*Yu-Chen Chang
Ms. Chang is a Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Business Administration
at National Chung Hsing University. Her research interests focus on Corporate Social
Responsibility and international business management. Her publication has appeared in
Journal of Management and Business Research.

Ching-Wei Chou
Mr. Chou received his Master’s degree from Department of Business Administration
at National Chung Hsing University. His research interests focus on Corporate Social Re-
sponsibility and international business management. He is an engineer in Micron Memory
Taiwan Co., Ltd.
