Author Biography
Jan-Zan Lee
Jan-Zan Lee received his Ph.D. from National Chengchi University, Taiwan. He is a
Professor of Department of Accountancy of National Taipei University. His work focuses
specifically on the auditing empirical research, financial market-based research, financial
statement analysis and business analysis and evaluation. His recent publications can be
found in NTU Management Review, Taiwan Accounting Review, Journal of Contemporary
Accounting, Journal of Accounting Review, Corporate Management Review, Taiwan
Economic Review, and Academia Economic Papers.
Hsiu-Mei Liao
Hsiu-Mei Liao received her Ph.D. from National Taipei University, Taiwan. She is
a Professor of Department of Accounting of Ming Chuan University. Her work focuses
specifically on the financial accounting and auditing. Her recent publications can be found
in NTU Management Review, Taiwan Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Review,
Journal of Contemporary Accounting, Corporate Management Review, Taiwan Economic
Review, Academia Economic Papers, and Journal of Modern Accounting and Auditing.
