               *Yu-Hsiang Lin
                   Yu-Hsiang Lin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Urban Industrial
               Management and Marketing, University of Taipei, Taiwan. His research interests focus
               on word-of-mouth marketing, international marketing, and social media marketing. His
               research articles have been published in Telematics and Informatics, Data Technologies
               and Applications, Information Technology for Development, Journal of Management &
               Systems, Management Review, International Journal of Electronic Commerce Studies,
               Taiwan Journal of Marketing Science, Journal of Research in Interactive Marketing,
               International Journal of Electronic Business Management, Lecture Notes in Electrical
               Engineering, Taiwan Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Informatics and
               Electronics, and International Journal of Enterprise Network Management.


               Li-Chung Jen
                   Professor Jen is the President of National Taipei University of Business. He
               received his Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. His research interests lie in
               marketing management, marketing statistics models, strategic big data marketing,
               and customer relationship management. His research articles have been published in
               Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of American Statistics Association, Marketing
               Letters, Journal of Business & Economic Statistics, Industrial Marketing Management,
               International Journal of Operations and Quantitative Management, International Journal
               of Marketing Studies, Journal of Management & Systems, NTU Management Review, Sun
               Yat-sen Management Review, Taiwan Journal of Marketing Science, and Taiwan Academy
