Author Biography
*Ming Hui Chiu
Ming Hui Chiu is the Senior Vice President at CTBC Venture Capital Co.,
bringing over 30 years of experience in the venture capital and financial sectors, with a
particular focus on the cultural and creative industries. She earned a Doctor of Business
Administration (DBA) degree in 2023 from the Graduate Institute of Technology,
Innovation, and Intellectual Property Management at National Chengchi University. Her
scholarly pursuits are centered on humanistic innovation, business model innovation, and
the dynamics of business ecosystems.
Se Hwa Wu
Se Hwa Wu is a Chair Professor at National Chengchi University and the Founder of
the Graduate Institute of Technology, Innovation, and Intellectual Property Management at
National Chengchi University. He has also held esteemed positions as Dean of the College
of Commerce, President of National Chengchi University, and Minister of Education in
Taiwan (ROC). In recent years, Professor Wu has dedicated his research to the intersection
of humanistic and strategic management, innovation, and entrepreneurship. His scholarly
contributions have been widely recognized, with his latest publication, Innovation and
Entrepreneurship in an Educational Ecosystem: Cases from Taiwan, released by Springer
in December 2019.
Hao Jun Chuang
Hao Jun Chuang is the Business Director at Cymdesign Creative Inc. in Taiwan. He
received his Ph.D. in the Graduate Institute of Technology, Innovation, and Intellectual
Property Management from National Chengchi University. Previously, he was an Assistant
Professor in the Department of Business and Management at Ming Chi University of
Technology. His research interests include value creation in cross-sector partnerships with
competing logics. He focuses on public-private partnerships and ecosystem creation in
social entrepreneurship contexts.
