*Chuan-Hui Chang
Dr. Chuan-Hui Chang received her Ph.D. from National Chung Hsing University. She
is also a Specialist in the Central Division, National Health Insurance Administration. Her
research interests include health care insurance and strategic management.

Ming-Chang Huang
Dr. Ming-Chang Huang (Ph.D., National Chengchi University) is a Professor of
strategic management at Department of Business Administration, College of Management,
National Yunlin University of Science and Technology. His current research interests
include the managerial issues in interorganizational relationship and business-to-business
marketing, international joint ventures and strategic alliances, and (sustainable) supply
chain integration. His research has been published in several journals, which include Asia
Pacific Journal of Management, Asia Pacific Management Review, Industrial Marketing
Management, Journal of International Management, Journal of Purchasing and Supply

Dr. Chiao is a Professor of Department of Business Administration at National
