美國伊利諾大學香檳分校商學院策略管理博士，現為國立清華大學科技管理研究
所副教授。論文曾發表於
Strategic Management Journal
與
International Business Review
學
術期刊。目前研究興趣包含組織變革、新創事業高階人才策略管理以及產業演化等議
題。實證研究對象包含美國通訊手機服務廠商，臺灣半導體新創公司以及中國科技新
創公司。
Pao-Lien Chen is currently associate Professor of the Institute of Technology Management,
National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. Her works have appeared in Strategic Management
Journal and International Business Review. Her current research focuses on strategic human
capital, organizational change and industry evolution. Industrial contexts include the cellular
phone service operators in the U.S, semiconductor startups in Taiwan, and the technology-
related startups in China.
