Author Biography
*Shu-Chen Chen
Shu-Chen Chen is a Professor at the Department of Business Administration, Ming
Chuan University. Professor Chen received her Ph.D. from the Graduate Institute of
Business Administration, National Taiwan University. Her research interests include
human resource management, organizational behavior and work-family relationships. Her
research has been published in European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology,
International Journal of Human Resource Management, Personnel Review, The Journal of
Applied Behavioral Science, Ethics & Behavior, Gender in Management: An International
Journal, Journal of Human Resource Management (in Chinese), Journal of Management
(in Chinese), Journal of Management & System (in Chinese), etc.

Chih-Jen Hu
Chih-Jen Hu received his Master’s degree in management sciences from Tamkang
University. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Business Administration,
Ming Chuan University.

Na-Ting Liu
Na-Ting Liu is an Associate Professor at the Department of Business Administration,
Ming Chuan University. Professor Liu received her Ph.D. from the Institute of Business
and Management, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (formerly National Chiao
Tung University). Her research interests include organizational behavior, human resource
management and business ethics. Her research has been published in The International
Journal of Human Resource Management, Review of Managerial Science, Ethics &
Behavior, Current Psychology, Journal of Human Resource Management (in Chinese),
Journal of Management & System (in Chinese), etc.
