Editor’s Note
On September 8, NTU Management Review and Sun Yat-sen Management Review
cohosted the “2024 Paper Review and Journal Editing Workshop”, aiming to assist junior
scholars in recognizing well-written academic papers and in writing clear and constructive
review comments, as well as to strengthen the interchange of concepts, ideas, and ap-
proaches amongst management academic community. Through this workshop, we believe
that the reviewing experience of senior scholars and the vision of NTUMR and Sun Yat-sen
Management Review have been well passed on, and young scholars have mastered the art
of reviewing and editing academic articles.
Moreover, to appreciate those who have been dedicated to academic services, NTU
Management Review initiated the “NTU Management Review Best Reviewer Award” in
2022. In year 2024, the two best reviewers are selected from the fields of (1) Marketing
and International Business, (2) Strategy and International Business, (3) Organization and
Human Resources, and (4) Hospital Management and Healthcare Administration. The
awardees are Professor Wen-Hai Chih(池文海)from the Department of Business Ad-
ministration, National Dong Hwa University; and Professor Chiung-Wen Tsao(曹瓊文)
from the Department of Business & Management, National University of Tainan. NTU
Management Review sincerely appreciates these outstanding scholars, who devote them-
selves to providing enlightening comments and suggestions to the authors, promoting the
accumulation of knowledge in the management field as well.
On October 13 and 14, the College of Management at National Taiwan University
(NTU), the College of Management at National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT),
and Pusan National University (PNU) co-organized the “2024 Management Innovation
Conference: Frontier of Technology, Intelligence and Analytics” in Busan. In addition
to finance, accounting, marketing, management, and organization, the conference also
focused on topics such as technological progress, artificial intelligence, and data analysis.
The two-day conference featured 54 high-quality research papers presented by
scholars representing several countries such as China, India, Taiwan, South Korea, and the
United States (at 15 parallel onsite sessions and 1 online session), along with 2 keynote
