Author Biography
Bo-Yen Shen
Bo-Yen Shen is the General Manager of Tatung Company. He is also the Chairman of
Information Service Industry of R.O.C. He received his DBA from the Graduate Institute
of Technology, Innovation and Intellectual Property Management, National Chengchi
University.

*Chen-Yen Yao
Chen-Yen Yao is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration
at Shih Hsin University in Taiwan. Her professional expertise includes digital transformation,
organizational innovation, and strategic management. She received her Ph.D. from the
Graduate Institute of Technology, Innovation and Intellectual Property Management,
National Chengchi University. She finished her master’s studies at the University of Texas at
Dallas. She was the system analyst in USA e21corportaion and Taiwan Mobile Corporation.
Her research has been published in R&D Management, Corporate Management Review and
International Journal of Technology Management.

Feng-Shang Wu
Feng-Shang Wu is the Emeritus Professor of Graduate Institute of Technology,
Innovation & Intellectual Property Management of National Chengchi University. He
received his Ph.D. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), USA.

Wen-Nan Tsan
Wen-Nan Tsan is the President of Digital Transformation Institute. He is also the
Adjunct Professor of National Chengchi University and National Taiwan University. He
received his Ph.D. in Information Management, National Central University.
