Editor’s Note

On October 20 2023, NTU Management Review hosted the “2023 Management
Field Paper Review and Journal Editing Workshop,” aiming to assist junior scholars in
recognizing well-written academic papers and in writing clear and constructive review
comments, as well as to strengthen the interchange of concepts, ideas, and approaches
amongst management academic community. Through this workshop, we believe that the
reviewing experience of senior scholars and the vision of NTUMR have been well passed
on, and young scholars have mastered the art of reviewing and editing academic articles.
Moreover, to appreciate those who have been dedicated to academic services, NTU
Management Review initiates the “NTU Management Review Best Reviewer Award” from
2022. This year, the two best reviewers are selected from the fields of strategy & technol-
ogy management and operations & information management, respectively. The awardees
are Professor Ming-Chao Wang（王明照）from the Discipline of Business Management,
Yuan Ze University; and Professor Wen-Chiung Chou（周文瓊）from the Department of
Business Administration, Chung Yuan Christian University. NTU Management Review sin-
cerely appreciates these outstanding scholars, who devote themselves to providing enlight-
ening comments and suggestions to the authors, promoting the accumulation of knowledge
in the management field as well.
Besides, NTU Management Review and Journal of Asian Business and Economic
Studies, the first-rate journal from Vietnam, have signed a memorandum of understanding,
which aims to promote academic exchange regarding Asia business and economics studies.
Through the MOU, NTU Management Review anticipates widening its participation in
international academic exchange and receiving more excellent research papers globally, as
well as laying the foundation for more solid theorization and practices on global business
management.
Next year, NTU Management Review will hold two conferences. On March 30,
2024, NTU Management Review and Peking University will cohost the conference titled
“2024 Cross-Strait Economic Management Theory and Practice” in Peking. And on April
20, 2024, NTU Management Review and Journal of Accounting Review will jointly hold
the “2024 Frontiers in Accounting and Finance International Conference” in Dah Hsian
Seetoo Library, National Chengchi University. We expect the conferences would again
