Editor’s Note
NTU Management Review has been promoting research capacity through initiating
and encouraging submission of manuscripts from management academia and practice in
a variety of fields while engaging in improving the overall reviewing quality. It has been
indexed by international databases including Scopus, EBSCO, ProQuest, and ESCI since
2013. Moreover, it has been indexed by Taiwan Open Access Journals (TOAJ) since the
beginning of this year.
To appreciate those who have been dedicated to academic services, NTU Manage-
ment Review continues to hold “NTU Management Review Best Reviewer Award” in 2023.
In this year, we are going to present award to the best reviewer on the fields of Operations
Management, Information Management, Strategic Management, and Technology Manage-
ment. Based on the reviewing records of each reviewer held within the two previous years
(2021-2022), the award committee will nominate two awardees in terms of the quality of
written comments, as well as whether the reviews are provided in a timely manner. Each
awardee will to be presented in public a trophy that acknowledge his or her academic con-
tribution.
NTU Management Review places a high value in interdisciplinary research as well as
collaboration. The Board of Editors wholeheartedly welcome two new distinguished schol-
ars to join the Area Editors Committee. The first new area editor is Professor Bertrand M.T.
Lin(林妙聰), an excellent scholar of Institute of Information Management in College
of Management, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. He excels in the research
fields including scheduling theory, operations management, and discrete optimization.
The other new area editor is Professor Mei-Chih Hu (胡美智), an excellent schol-
ar of Institute of Technology Management in College of Technology Management, Nation-
al Tsing Hua University. She excels in the research fields including intellectual property
rights management, industry competition and strategy, and national innovation system.
The board of editors also warmly welcome two outstanding scholars join the Editorial
Board. The first new board member is Professor Lu Hsaio (蕭櫓), an excellent scholar
of the Department of Business Administration in College of Management, National Chung
Hsing University. He excels in the research fields including marketing management, ad-
vertising management, and game theory.
