Author Biography
Tim Yueh-Ying Wu
Tim Yueh-Ying Wu is a Ph.D. student in the Graduate Institute of Business Admin-
istration, National Taiwan University, Taiwan. His current research interests include in-
formation systems (IS) project, information technology (IT) project management and IT
program management.
Jamie Yi-Ting Chang
Jamie Y. T. Chang is an Associate Professor of information management at Tunghai
University, Taiwan. She received her Ph.D. in Information Management from the National
Central University, Taiwan. Her research interests include IS project management, IS
program management, and enterprise systems implementation. Dr. Chang’s work has been
published in Journal of Management Information Systems, Information & Management,
International Journal of Project Management, Journal of Systems and Software, Project
Management Journal, and others.
*Jeffrey Chi-Feng Tai
Jeffrey C. F. Tai is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Infor-
mation Systems at National Chiayi University, Taiwan. He received his MBA and Ph.D.
degree in Information Management from National Central University, Taiwan (R.O.C.).
His research interests include enterprise systems, electronic commerce, and IS/IT strategy,
governance, and value. His research has appeared in Information & Management, Interna-
tional Journal of Information Management, Journal of Management Information Systems,
MIS Quarterly, and others.
