46 Sex and Gender Role Orientation on the Work-Family Interface: Testing Three-Way Interactions Author Biography Luo Lu Prof. Lu received her Ph.D. in psychology from University of Oxford, UK and she is currently the Distinguished Professor in Department of Business Administration, College of Management, National Taiwan University, Taiwan. Her major research interests are: stress and adjustment, work stress and occupational health, subjective well-being, and culture and self. She has published more than 190 referred journal papers and authored over 30 books and book chapters. She is currently the Editor of International Journal of Stress Management (SSCI, APA Journals), Senior Associate Editor of Journal of Organizational Effectiveness: People and Performance (ESCI, Scopus), and Editor-inchief of Research in Applied Psychology (Taiwan). *Ting-Ting Chang Ting-Ting Chang received her Ph.D. from the Graduate Institute of Human Resource Management at National Central University, Taiwan and she is currently the Assistant Professor at Department of Industrial Management, Lunghwa University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. Her major research interests are: work and family conflict, work stress and occupational health, and career development. Shu-Fan Kao Prof. Kao received her Ph.D. in psychology from National Taiwan University, Taiwan and she is currently the Professor in Department of Applied Psychology, Hsuan Chuang University, Taiwan. Her major research interests are: psychological traditionality/ modernity, indigenous psychological research, stress and adjustment, work stress and occupational health, subjective well-being, and positive aging. She has published more than 50 referred journal papers.
