臺大管理論叢 NTU Management Review VOL.30 NO.3

through 2016, the second paper by Huang and Chang investigates the relationships among the social networks formed by the interlocking directorate, technological diversity, and innovation performance. The authors apply Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and bootstrapping to alleviate the inadequacies found in prior literature and certain research methods. The main empirical findings are as follows: (1) sizes of the interlocking directorate networks, network structure holes, and network centrality have positive effects on technological diversity; (2) both related technological diversity and unrelated technological diversity have positive effects on innovation performance; and (3) sizes of the interlocking directorate network, network structure holes, and network centrality further impact innovation performance via technological diversity.
