To promote interactions among management scholars in the Asia-Pacific region and around the world, NTU Management Review invites scholars to attend the “2021 Management Theory and Practice Conference”. The conference will be held at Hanoi, Vietnam on April 4 th to 5 th , 2021. The call for paper has been available on the website of NTU Management Review . The conference aims to provide an academic forum for the exchange of management-related research ideas and to provide suggestions for future researches in the Asia-Pacific region. Scholars and practitioners from throughout the world are welcomed to attend. A special thank you goes to Dr. Samuel Yin, President of Ruentex Financial Group, who partially sponsored NTU Management Review under the Yin-Xun-Ruo Educational Foundation, allowing our journal to continuously publish distinguished publications. NTU Management Review has been publishing quite a few awarded research papers ever since. Introduction of this Edition This issue of NTU Management Review contains seven research articles. We provide a brief glance at all of them as follows. The following is a brief introduction to all of them. The article in the field of strategy/international business management by Lin, Peng, Peng, and Teng selects internal and external social capital as a learning mechanism in the construction and cultivation of exploitation and exploration capability to discuss the process in which firms with limited internal resources acquire relevant knowledge and resources.
