First of all, we would like to extend our warmest welcome to our two new area editors — Professor Ling-Ling Wu and Jiun-Yu Yu. Professor Wu is an excellent scholar from the Department of Information Management in College of Management, National Taiwan University. Professor Wu excels in the following research fields: experiment operations, practices of behavioral sciences, knowledge management, and organizational behavior. Professor Wu has published numerous research papers in top-tier management journals in the field of operational research. Professor Yu is also an excellent scholar form the Department of Business Administration in College of Management, National Taiwan University. He specializes in the following research fields: applications of business analytics, system dynamics, operational research, service design/service innovation, business model, service innovation for healthcare, and simulation in healthcare services. Professor Wu and Professor Yu will add greatly to our editorial team, at the same time, NTU Management Review will continue to flourish further and achieve greater goals, including: to maintain our high-quality standards of the journal; to improve administrative efficiency; to promote constructive feedbacks to the authors and ensure that everyone can gain further knowledge and experience throughout the review processes. As the world faces increasingly complex issues and needs related to medical and health care, disease transmission and prevention, the development of new medication, and long- term care management, quite a few growing trends are emerging and replacing traditional frameworks of studies within individual disciplines with cross-fields collaboration. As a result, the scope of development and management for international medical industries is becoming greater and more multi-faceted. NTU Management Review places a high value on combining research on management with fields related to medical sciences. We will host an international seminar on “Management and Medical Sciences Interdisciplinary Conference”, from October 30 th to November 1 st , 2020.
