171 DOI:10.6226/NTUMR.201904_29(1).0005 建構商業智慧委外承包商評選指標之研究 Construct Outsourcing Vendor Selection Criteria for Business Intelligence Abstract This study developed reliable and valid criteria for evaluating business intelligence outsourcing vendors. Three critical steps comprised the research process. First, we determined possible criteria to outsource information system vendor selection. Second, we applied resource-based theory, resource dependence theory, transaction cost theory, agency cost theory, social exchange theory, and the service science perspective to strengthen the criteria. We then modified the criteria by using business intelligence theory. Finally, the selection criteria were examined by 13 experts through a modified Delphi method, and their opinions were applied to determine the weight of each criteria using the analytic hierarchy process.
