The Moderating Effects of Firm Capabilities and Governance Modes on the Network-Performance Relation 170 Author Biography *Yi-Ju Lo Yi-Ju Lo is an Associate Professor of Management at Yuan Ze University and the Fulbright scholar at Duke University. Her research has been in the field of strategic management with a focus on co-opetition strategy, dynamic capabilities, and innovation in knowledge-intensive industries. She has published research articles in international journals, including the Academy of Management Proceedings, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Journal of Management & Organization, Review of Managerial Science, European Journal of Innovation Management, and International Journal of Innovation and Learning.
