Abstract

Electronic industry has shown its ability in innovation, Green computer & Eco-refrigerator are two eminent products during the last few years. Products that obtain eco-label certificates can be regarded as a form of green innovation. This paper investigates companies that produce Green computer & Eco-refrigerator to see the processes of green innovations & characteristics of these organizations.
Green business/management & innovation management/organization are two intensive researched topics recently. However, the organizational elements that enable green innovation have not been explored deliberately. Based on five eco-label products companies, we look into five organizational attributes: objective, technology, participant, social structure and environment to explore how they influence green innovations.
