*Ying-Che Tsai
Assistant Professor Tsai earned his Ph.D. in finance from National Taiwan University,
Taiwan. He is a distinguished Assistant Professor at the Department of Finance, Ming
Chuan University, Taiwan. His research interests include insurance economics, individual
financial planning, behavior finance, risk management, health economics, and long-term
care. His works have been published in The Geneva Papers on Risk and Insurance - Issues
and Practice, Journal of Risk Management, The International Journal of Health Planning
and Management, and Taiwan Insurance Review.
