1
國立成功大學企管博士，現為國立高雄應用科技大學企業管理系副教授。研究領
域為公司理財、公司治理與家族企業，其學術論文曾發表於國內、外之學術期刊中。
Ying-Jiuan Wong is an Associate Professor at the Department of Business Administration,
National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences. She received her Ph.D. from the
Department of Business Administration, National Cheng Kung University. Her main research
interests are corporate finance, corporate governance and family business. Her research papers
have been published in international and domestic academic journals.
張紹基
美國紐約州立大學水牛城校區管理經濟及財務博士，現為國立成功大學國際企業
研究所教授。研究領域為公司理財與股東價值，其學術論文曾發表於國內、外之學術
期刊中。
Shao-Chi Chang is a Professor at the Institute of International Business, National Cheng
Kung University. He received his Ph.D. from the State University of New York, Buffalo, U.S.A.
His main research interests include corporate finance and shareholder value. His research papers
have been published in international and domestic academic journals.
