Editor’s Note NTU Management Review, together with College of Management at National Quemoy University (NQU), Journal of Accounting Review, Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor (KKL) Inc., and the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OAOC), fruitfully cohosted a joint conference titled “2021 Frontiers in Accounting and Finance” and “Syntrend, Ethnic Chinese Enterprises, and Modern Management” on 13th and 14th of November 2021 at the College of Management, National Quemoy University. We received 75 research articles from scholars in academic fields including cultural and creative studies, accounting, finance, marketing, organizational behavior, general management, tourism, and Minnan studies. NTU Management Review places a high value on interdisciplinary research as well as collaboration. The Board of Editors wholeheartedly welcome our three distinguished Area Editors. First one is Professor Hsien-Tung Tsai(蔡顯童), a productive scholar from the Department of Business Administration in College of Business, National Taipei University. Prof. Tsai excels in the following research areas: online community behavior, brand community, customer relationship management, and service innovation. Another one is Professor Cheng-Wei Wu(吳政衛), an excellent scholar of the Department of International Business in College of Management, National Taiwan University. He excels in the following research fields: mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, information economics, and entry strategy for multinationals. The other one is Professor Yanzhi Wang(王衍智), an excellent scholar of the Department of Finance in College of Management, National Taiwan University. He excels in the following research fields: corporate finance, innovation, dividend policy, and mergers and acquisitions.
