84 The Influences of Leaders’ Negative Implicit Followership Theories on Employees’Work Behaviors: A DualPathway Model Author Biography Hsin-Hua Hsiung Dr. Hsin-Hua Hsiung is Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology in the Department of Psychology at National Taiwan University, Taiwan. She obtained her Ph.D. from the College of Commerce, National Chengchi University. Her research interests include leadership, employee opinion expression, and organizational citizenship behavior. Her research has appeared in Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Relations, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Psychology and Marketing, Applied Psychology: An International Review, and Journal of Business Ethics, among others. *Chia-Ju Lee Dr. Chia-Ju Lee is Assistant Professor of Organizational Management in the Department of Food and Beverage Management at Shih Chien University, Taiwan. She received her Ph.D. from the College of Management, National Dong Hwa University. Her research focuses on leadership, employee silence behavior, and organizational citizenship behavior.
