Author Biography *Hsuan-Yi Chou Hsuan-Yi Chou is a professor in the Instititude of Marketing Communication at National Sun Yat-sen University. He received his PhD from the Graduate Institute of Business Administration at National Taiwan University. His research areas include advertising effects, consumer behavior, e-commerce, and political communication. His work has been published in such journals as NTU Management Review, Journal of Management and Business Research, Management Review, Sun Yat-Sen Management Review, Journal of E-Business, International Journal of Advertising, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Behavioral Decision Making, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, European Journal of Marketing, The Journal of Psychology, International Journal of Communication, Electoral Studies, Journal of Marketing Theory & Practice, Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism Research, The Service Industries Journal, Journal of Marketing Communications, and Asian Journal of Communication. Tsai-Chen Yang Tsai-Chen Yang is an associate administrator at the Office of Marketing Communication, Industrial Technology Research Institute. She received her Master degree in Marketing Communication from National Sun Yat-sen University. Her main research areas include advertising effects and consumer psychology.
