He earned his doctor of management degree form Royal Holloway University of London. His research focuses on multinational strategies, international marketing and small and medium enterprises. He also published research articles in Journal of Tourism and Leisure Studies, Sun Yat-Sen Management Review, Taiwan Journal of International Business Studies, Asian Pacific Business Review, Research Policy, Baltic Journal of Management and so on. *Yao-Ping Peng Mr. Peng is an Associate Professor at Xi An University of Architecture and Technology and received his doctorate of management from National Chung Hsing University. His main research field including: international marketing management, small and medium enterprises, higher education research. He has published research articles in Journal of Tourism and Leisure Studies, Baltic Journal of Management, Organizational and Management etc. Yen-Chun Peng Miss Peng had her Ph.D. in Business Administration at National Chung Hsing University, and she is an assistant professor of Program of Chain Store Management at Takming University of Science and Technology. Research field including: relationship marketing, organizational capabilities, learning partnership, and social network. Tien-Chiang Teng Mr. Teng is a doctoral candidate of Department of Business Administration at National Chung Hsing University now.
