191 NTU Management Review Vol. 29 No. 3 Dec. 2019 Author Biography *Tzu-Hsin Liu Tzu-Hsin Liu is a professor at the Department of Business and Management, College of Management, National University of Tainan in Taiwan. He received his doctorate in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Innovation Management from the National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan. His current research interests include strategic management and entrepreneurial management. He has published papers in IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Asia Pacific Management Review, Journal of Technology Transfer, Technology Analysis & Strategic Management, International Journal of Technology Management, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Total Quality Management and Business Excellence, Internet Research: Electronic Networking Applications and Policy, International Journal of Industrial Ergonomics and other Chinese academic journals. Shih-Chang Hung Shih-Chang Hung is a professor of the Institute of Technology Management, National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan. His works have appeared in Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Research Policy, Organization Studies, Human Relations, Long Range Planning, and Management and Organization Review.
