Her fields of expertise include labor relations, human resource management and corporate ethics. She has extensive practical experiences in the human resource management and labor relations fields. She has served as the HR manager of a global enterprise and a Secretary of the Labour Bureau of the government. She also played an important role as a labor dispute mediator in the Labour Bureau. *Chien-Ming Wu Chien-Ming Wu is an associate professor at the Department of Marketing Management, TransWorld University. His teaching areas include Case Study of Marketing Management, Organizational Development and Change. His research papers have been published on Journal of Management, NTU Management Review, Journal of e-Business, and Psychological Reports, etc. Shang-Ping Lin Shang-Ping Lin is a professor at the Department of Business Administration, National Yunlin University of Science & Technology and teaches Human Resource Management, Psychology for Management, International Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Emotional Labour Management. He completed his Ph. D. degree at the Department of Education Psychology, Mississippi State University. His research areas include Emotioal Labour and Strategic Human Resource Management.
