                                            Author Biography
               Nai-Wen Chi
                   Nai-Wen Chi is a Professor of the Graduate Institute of Human Resource
               Management at National Sun Yat-Sen University, Taiwan. His primary research focuses
               on group affect, emotional labor, team composition, and employee daily attitudes and
               behaviors. His work has been published in Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal
               of Management, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal
               of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Personnel Psychology,
               Human Relations, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal
               of Occupational Health Psychology, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Service
               Research, and other outlets.


               Wan-Ling Chien
                   Wan-Ling Chien is a Ph.D. student in Graduate Institute of Human Resource
               Management at National Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan with research interests in affects
               at work, dark side of leadership, and creativity. Her work has been published in Journal of
               Creative Behavior and Journal of Human Resource Management.


               *Li-Chun Fang
                   Li-Chun Fang is an Assistant Professor of Department of Marketing and Logistics
               Management at National Penghu University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. Her
               primary research focuses on feedback seeking, leadership effectiveness, and emotions
               at work. Her work has been published in Applied Psychology: An International Review,
               Organization and Management, and Journal of Human Resource Management.


               Yuan-Yu Chien
                   Yuan-Yu Chien is an Assistant Professor of Department of Applied English, Chihlee
               University of Technology, and a current Ph.D. student in Graduate Institute of Human
               Resource Management at National Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan. His research focuses
               on abusive supervision, bullying behaviors, and job insecurity. His work has been
               published in Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management and Relations Industrielles /
               Industrial Relations.
