Li-Fei Pan
Li-Fei Pan received her Ph.D. from the College of Finance and Banking in the
National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology. She is a director of the General
Affairs Administration in Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital. Her research interests
include organizational effectiveness and performance management and the relationship

Wen-Der Lin
Wen-Der Lin was awarded a Ph.D. in Public Health from National Taiwan University
and an M.Sc. in Health Planning and Financing from the London School of Economics.
He holds a chair in Chang Jung Christian University of Health Care Administration. His
research and teaching interests include long-term care, health policy, a healthy economy,

Pei-Ling Tang
Pei-Ling Tang holds a Ph.D. from the College of Nursing at the Kaohsiung Medical
University and an M.Sc. in Health-Business Administration from Fooyin University. She
is an Assistant Professor in the Research Center of Medical Informatics at the Kaohsiung
Veterans General Hospital. Her teaching and research interests include oncology nursing,

Wun-Rong Yan
Wun-Rong Yan is a specialist of the Medical Affairs Administration at Kaohsiung
Veterans General Hospital. His research interests include health care administration and
