Editor’s Note
On October 9 2022, NTU Management Review and Asia Pacific Management Review
successfully cohosted the conference titled “From Sharing Economy to Collaborative
rd
Commerce: Sustainability and Transformation Competitive Edge Conference & The 23
Asia Pacific Management Conference,” which gathered nearly one hundred of scholars
from Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Malaysia, etc. for delivering keynote
speech, presentations, and providing comments onsite or online. Approximately one
hundred research papers with diverse research topics have been received, representing
the academic achievements from top grade institutions domestically and overseas, among
them 52 papers are invited to be presented in person, and 22 posters are brought to the
public on the cloud.
On November 18 2022, NTU Management Review hosted the “2022 Management
Field Paper Review and Journal Editing Workshop” to strengthen the interchange amongst
management academic community, and to assist young scholars in recognizing the quality
of fine papers and in writing clear and constructive review comments. We expect these
multi-disciplinary exchanges to pass on reviewing experience of the senior scholars and
vision of this journal, and to cultivate the scholars’ skills to serve as competent reviewers
and editors, creating the value and positive feedback for NTU Management Review.
Moreover, to appreciate those who have been dedicated to academic services, NTU
Management Review initiates the “NTU Management Review Best Reviewer Award” from
2022. The two best reviewers from the field of finance and accounting, respectively are
Professor Yi-Hsun Lai( 賴怡洵 )from the Department of Finance in National Yunlin
University of Science and Technology, and Professor Jia-Shiunn Jiang( 姜家訓 )from
the Department of Accounting in College of Management, Fu Jen Catholic University.
NTU Management Review appreciates these outstanding scholars, who devote themselves
to academic services while promoting the accumulation of knowledge in the management
field.
In recent years, NTU Management Review has been actively and continuously
hosting academic conferences even under the severe pandemic of COVID-19. After
thorough planning for approximately twelve months, we have mapped out and announced
a publishing project, a special issue entitled “Case Study on Digital Transformation and
