A lecturer at Department of Finance and Accounting in Dhurakij Pundit University, who
got a Ph.D. degree at Department of Business Admission in National Central University.
Research interests are topics related to corporate finance and corporate governance. Previous
papers were published in NTU Management Review, Journal of Financial Studies and Review
of Securities and Futures Markets.

國立中央大學企業管理學系碩士。
李易政
國立中央大學企業管理學系博士。主要研究領域為股價反應、公司治理、公司理
財、行為財務及盈餘管理等有關之領域。學術論文曾發表於中山管理評論、商管科技
季刊。目前任職於財團法人商業發展研究院經營模式創新研究所。

國立中央大學企業管理學系教授，國立政治大學企業管理學博士。主要研究領域
為公司理財、公司治理、家族企業等有關之領域。學術論文曾發表於證券市場發展季
