I am honored to assume the chief-of-editor position of

NTU Management Review

.

Under the leadership of Prof. Ron-Ray Duh and his predecessors,

NTU Management Review

has now become a high-quality and influential journal in the field of management studies. I

would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for their dedication and

professionalism that ensure the quality of the journal. In the years to come, the editorial team

and I are determined to continue and expand this legacy. We will keep creating and spreading

knowledge both at home and abroad.

These goals will no doubt be accomplished by an outstanding editorial team. They are:

Chuang (organizational behavior and human resources management), Chun-Yao Huang

(marketing), Yen-Jung Lee (accounting), Yung-Chih Lien (strategy and international

business), Hsiou-Wei William Lin (accounting), and Jiun-Sheng Chris Lin (marketing and

care of the area of operations management and management information system (MIS).

Both Prof. David Ming-Huang Chiang and Prof. San-Lin Chung, have distinguished

academic accomplishment in operation management and finance, respectively. They kindly

accepted my invitation to serve as associate editors.

I would like to extend my welcome to three new editors. Prof. Yao-Min Chiang is an

excellent scholar from the Department of Finance at NTU. He has published articles in top-

tier finance journals, specializing in corporate finance, financial software application, asset

securitization, and real estate finance. Prof. Yen-Jung Lee is a superb researcher from the

Department of Accounting at NTU, with publications seen in renowned accounting journals.
