I am honored to assume the chief-of-editor position of
NTU Management Review

Under the leadership of Prof. Ron-Ray Duh and his predecessors,
NTU Management Review
has now become a high-quality and influential journal in the field of management studies. I
would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for their dedication and
professionalism that ensure the quality of the journal. In the years to come, the editorial team
and I are determined to continue and expand this legacy. We will keep creating and spreading
knowledge both at home and abroad.
These goals will no doubt be accomplished by an outstanding editorial team. They are:
two associate editors, David Ming-Huang Chiang and San-Lin Chung; eight area editors,
Chung-Jen Chen (strategy and technology management), Yao-Min Chiang (finance), Aichia
Chuang (organizational behavior and human resources management), Chun-Yao Huang
(marketing), Yen-Jung Lee (accounting), Yung-Chih Lien (strategy and international
business), Hsiou-Wei William Lin (accounting), and Jiun-Sheng Chris Lin (marketing and
international business). David Ming-Huang Chiang, one of the associate editors, also takes
care of the area of operations management and management information system (MIS).
Both Prof. David Ming-Huang Chiang and Prof. San-Lin Chung, have distinguished
academic accomplishment in operation management and finance, respectively. They kindly
accepted my invitation to serve as associate editors.
I would like to extend my welcome to three new editors. Prof. Yao-Min Chiang is an
excellent scholar from the Department of Finance at NTU. He has published articles in top-
tier finance journals, specializing in corporate finance, financial software application, asset
securitization, and real estate finance. Prof. Yen-Jung Lee is a superb researcher from the
Department of Accounting at NTU, with publications seen in renowned accounting journals.
She specializes in earnings management, executive compensation, financial statement
analysis, capital market research, and accounting information quality. Prof. Yung-Chih Lien
is an outstanding scholar from the Department of International Business at NTU and is
specialized in foreign market entry mode choice, FDI location decision, cross-border
marketing, international innovation, corporate governance, and family-business strategy.
With this strong editorial team,

aims to achieve the
following goals: to uphold high-quality standards of the journal; to improve administrative
efficiency; to promote constructive feedbacks to the authors and ensure that everyone can
gain throughout the review processes.
