Editor’s Note




                   NTU Management Review has been an active academic platform for publishing
               original research papers as well as promoting international and interdisciplinary dialogue.
               This year, in conjunction with other renowned higher education institutions, again we
               bring together leading scholars to explore critical issues in Management and Economics
               academic areas.
                   On February 28 and March 1 of 2025, Chulalongkorn Business School (CBS),
               National Taipei University of Business (NTUB), and the College of Management at
               National Taiwan University (NTU) successfully held the “2025 Management Theory and
               Practice Conference: Emerging Trends in the Utilization of Artificial Intelligence and Big
               Data” in Bangkok, Thailand. Among approximately 80 research papers NTU Management
               Review received from China, Canada, Taiwan, Japan, the United States, and France, 65
               manuscripts were invited by the conference for presentation as well as discussion and ten
               outstanding papers were awarded because of their originality, rigor, and contribution to the
               advancement of their research area, encouraging further academic research and knowledge
               exchange. Valuing the enthusiastic involvement of outstanding researchers, we believe
               through 19 parallel sessions, two keynote speeches, and a practical forum, the conference
               has successfully gathered a variety of perspectives and has fostered in-depth discussions
               on a variety of important topics in the Management field, including the application of
               artificial intelligence and big data in management realm.
                   On August 9, 2025, NTU Management Review and Quarterly Journal of Economics
               and Management, Peking University will be co-hosting a conference titled “2025 Cross-
               Strait Economic Management Theory and Practice” in Chengdu, China. We aim to create a
               platform for cross-strait scholars to exchange ideas, share insights, and foster collaborative
               efforts in advancing research and academic discourse.
                   As always, our appreciation goes out to the Research Institute for the Humanities and
               Social Sciences, National Science and Technology Council, Executive Yuan(行政院國
               家科學及技術委員會人文社會科學研究中心)for sponsoring our editorial personnel,
               who have been providing invaluable assistance to the conferences, the workshops, and the
               publication, as well as subsidizing of open access and digital spread.
