點。URLs 之後不需要再加上檢索日期 (Accessed yy/mm/dd)，除非是必要標
示檢索日期的文獻（例如引用內容可能不定期更新、未能提供永久連結的各
公、私機構之網頁資料）。若該文獻之出版單位提供「短網址」(ShortDOI,
e.g., http://doi.org/fg6rf9; Shortened URL e.g., https://wapo.st/2HDToGJ )，請
