69 NTU Management Review Vol. 31 No. 1 Apr. 2021 Author Biography Shang-Hua Lee Shang-Hua Lee is a Ph.D. graduate from the Department of Land Economics, National Chengchi University and the vice president of the Department of Research and Development of Top Scene Group. Lee specializes in analyzing marketing strategies adopted by construction companies when launching new construction projects; conducting off-plan house market analyses; engaging in housing market price-quantity-related studies; and making real estate investment and housing price forecasts. Lee has published several studies, most of which in domestic journals such as Journal of Housing Studies. *Chin-Oh Chang Chin-Oh Chang is a Ph.D. graduate from the Department of City and Regional Planning, University of Pennsylvania and a former distinguished professor of the Department of Land Economics, National Chengchi University. He served as the deputy mayor of Taipei City in 2013 and 2014. Chang retired from the National Chengchi University in 2019 and currently serves as an honorary professor of the College of Technology Management, National Tsing Hua University. Chang specializes in land and housing policies, real estate investment, and urban economy, and has published numerous studies in domestic journals (e.g., Taiwan Economic Review, Academia Economic Papers, Journal of Management and Business Research, Journal of Financial Studies, and NTU Management Review) as well as international journals (e.g., Urban Studies, Journal of Real Estate Research, Habitat International, Housing Studies, International Real Estate, and Journal of Property Research). *E-mail: jachang@nccu.edu.tw
