She completed her Ph.D. degree at the Department of Business Administration, National Cheng-Chi University. Her research areas include team diversity, moods at work, and organizational attractiveness. Her research papers have been published on Journal of Applied Psychology, International Journal of Assessment and Evaluation, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Organization and Management (in Chinese), and Sun Yat-Sen Management Review (in Chinese).
