Exploring Dual Business Model Choice of Brand and OEM Businesses 94 Author Biography *Chung-Song Kuo Chung-Song Kuo received the Ph.D. degree in strategy and management from the Department of International Business, College of Management, National Taiwan University. He has accumulated over 30 years of experience in global business development and corporate branding. He is the co-founder and CEO of two listed companies in Taiwan, specializing in video processing and communication in the information industries. His research interests include the development and selection of business models. Ji-Ren Lee Ji-Ren Lee is a Professor of Strategy and Management of the Department of International Business, and the Director of Entrepreneurship Center of National Taiwan University. Professor Lee received his doctoral degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the area of strategic management.
