Shih-Chang Hung is a Distinguished Professor of the Institute of Technology
Management, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. His works have appeared in Strategic
Entrepreneurship Journal, Research Policy, Organization Studies, Human Relations, Long
Range Planning, and Management and Organization Review. His current research focuses on
strategizing activities and practices, institutional entrepreneurship, and the transformation of
the Chinese industry.

Yung-Ching Tseng is an Assistant Professor of the College of Management, Yuan Ze
University, Taiwan. Her works have appeared in Research Evaluation, NTU Management
Review, and Industry and Management Forum. Her current research focuses on innovation
and entrepreneurship, framing theory, and strategizing practices.
賴俊彥
國立清華大學科技管理研究所博士生。目前研究興趣包括創新管理、技術變遷與
制度理論等議題。
Jiun-Yan Lai is a Ph.D. student of the Institute of Technology Management, National
Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. His current research focuses on innovation management,
technological change, and institutional theory.
