201 NTU Management Review Vol. 31 No. 3 Dec. 2021 Author Biography Li-Wei Wu Li-Wei Wu is a Professor in the Department of International Business, Tunghai University. He received his Doctoral degree in Business Administration from the National Cheng Kung University. His main research areas include services marketing, relationship marketing and internet marketing. His research papers have been published in NTU Management Review, Journal of Management and Business Research, Management Review, Sun Yat-Sen Management Review, International Journal of Commerce and Strategy, Asia Pacific Management Review, Journal of e-Business, Journal of Financial Services Marketing, Psychology & Marketing, Managing Service Quality, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Management Decision, International Journal of Bank Marketing, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, and others. *Yun-Chia Tang Yun-Chia Tang is an Associate Professor in the Department of International Business at Tunghai University, Taiwan. His interests lie in areas of internet marketing, services marketing, and marketing of high-technology products. His articles have been accepted by Journals such as the European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Business Ethics, and Journal of Interactive Marketing, and others. Chung-Yu Wang Chung-Yu Wang is a Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. His research interests include consumer behavior, marketing, retail management, and others.
