59 NTU Management Review Vol. 29 No. 2 Aug. 2019 Hong-Chih Huang Hong-Chih Huang received his Ph.D. in actuarial science at Heriot-Watt University in the U.K. He is currently a Distinguished Professor at Department of Risk Management and Insurance in National Chengchi University. He was the chief of Department of Risk Management and Insurance at National Chengchi University, the director of the Center for Risk Management and Insurance at the National Chengchi University, Associate President of the Taiwan Pension Association, and a Taiwan Fulbright scholar in the United States. His main research areas focus on issues such as actuarial science, pension plan, and asset- liability management.
