199 NTU Management Review Vol. 29 No. 2 Aug. 2019 Author Biography *Tsung-Hsi Fu Tsung-Hsi Fu is an Associate Professor at National Taiwan University. His research interests are in the areas of social security and population aging, especially around pensions and care for older people. He is particularly interested in comparative approaches, including analyses between Asian countries. His has published research articles in academic journals, including Journal of Asian Public Policy, Journal of Integrated Care, NTU Social Work Journal, and Taiwanese Journal of Social Welfare. Shi-Jiunn Shi Shih-Jiunn Shi is a professor in the Graduate Institute of National Development, National Taiwan University. His research focuses on comparative social policy in East Asia and Greater China. His recent publications in international journals include papers in Ageing & Society, Journal of Asian Public Policy, Public Management Review, Environment & Planning C. Hung-Yang Lin Hung-Yang Lin is working as an Associate Professor of Social Work at National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST). His research interests concentrate on labour market policy (particularly on Active Labour Market Policy), social investment ideas, social insurance programmes (especially on pension insurance, unemployment insurance, pension reforms, and labour injury and illness insurance schemes).
