Post-Disaster Grain Supply Chain Management with Supplier Hoarding and Regime Intervention 38 Figure 2 shows the finalized structural model of each path analysis for supplier’s hoarding intention. We find these results from “supplier belief in future earnings (FE)” and “supplier attitude towards weakensed operational shock-wave after disaster (ATT)” have opposite effects on “supplier hoarding intention (SH)”. Empirical test results support the effects of “supplier attitude towards weakened operational shock-wave after disaster (ATT)” on “supplier hoarding intention (SH)” include direct influences -.47 and moderated influences .24. Similarly, “supplier beliefs of future earnings (FE)” on “supplier hoarding intention (SH)” include direct influences .43 and moderated influences -.21. From the above experiment results, the supplier hoarding intention can be significantly alleviated by regime intervention. In addition, the effect of “perceived relationship quality (RQ) in main business partner” on “supplier hoarding intention (SH)” is -.31.
