Editor’s Note NTU Management Review and Sun Yat-Sen Management Review have successfully held the joint conference titled “Management Concept and Application Conference” on 3rd and 4th of April 2021 at the College of Management, National Sun Yat-sen University. The conference received a total submission of 118 papers including overseas contributions from UK, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. The two-day conference comprises 32 concurrent onsite sessions and four “Meeting the Editors” online sessions where four distinguished scholars, who are also editors of internationally renowned journals, offered insights regarding researching and publishing in the digital era. Another remarkable news is NTU Management Review is awarded “Real Time Communication Award in Periodicals” ( 期 刊 即 時 傳 播 獎 ) by National Central Library (NCL) on 26th of April at the 2021 Taiwan Academic Impact Awards Winner Announcement Ceremony (110 年臺灣學術資源影響力發布會). The award is based on the 5-year journal impact factor (2019) from the Taiwan Citation Index-Humanities and Social Sciences (TCI-HSS) database(臺灣人文及社會科學引文索引資料庫). It is our great honor to receive this award and NTU Management Review will continuously contribute to the academics by promoting scholarly communication through its highquality publications. Moreover, our special thanks go to Dr. Samuel Yin, President of Ruentex Financial Group, who co-sponsors NTU Management Review by way of Yin-Xun-Ruo Educational Foundation, fueling our journal to continuously publish distinguished research articles. As always, our appreciation goes out to the Research Institute for the Humanities and Social Science, Ministry of Science and Technology, Executive Yuan(行政院科技部人 文社會科學研究中心)for sponsoring our editorial personnel, who have been providing invaluable assistance to both the conferences and the publication. Last but not the least, we would like to thank T. N. Soong Foundation for their continuous support. To encourage research efforts in accounting, auditing, finance, taxation, information management, and general management in Taiwan, the Foundation has been sponsoring the Best Master’s Thesis Award since 1996. NTU Management Review has been publishing quite a few awarded research papers ever since.
