204 Style Guide 二、內文引註 內文引註應依中、英文稿之不同，遵循不同的格式要求。參考文獻部份與內文 引註資料需完全相符，內文引用過的文獻需出現在參考文獻中，兩者的作者姓 氏及年代也必須完全一致。請同時注意以下範例之字體、斜體、底線、全形或 半形之標點符號等規定。※ 特別注意括號的全、半形請依中英文論文調整， 若括號中無中文則使用半形， 其它皆使用全形。 如：(abc, 1234)、（ 中文， 1234; ab, 1234）。 （一） 正文中的引用文獻需含作者及出版年份，出版年份置於半形括號中，例如： A（年度）。若引用文獻有兩位作者，請用「與」或「and」字連接，例如： A 與B（年度）或 A and B ( 年度 )。若引用文獻有三人以上時，第一次引註 中文為 A、B 與 C（年度）而英文為 A, B, and C ( 年度 )；第二次引註中文為 A 等（年度） 而英文為 A et al. ( 年度 )。 例：洪榮華與雷雅淇（2002）認為台灣股票市場存在淨值市價比效應。 例： Bae and Levy (1990) 利用Black and Scholes (1973) 的選擇權定價模式評 估承銷契約的價值。 例： 員工人格特質之內外控傾向衡量，共十二題，主要係採用吳靜吉、潘養 源與丁興祥（1980）之量表。 例：吳靜吉等（1980）以員工內外控傾向之衡量係以內外控傾向量表為基礎。 例：Hoy and Tarter (2004) generated ten principles related to the school context. 例： Masterson, Lewis, Goldman, and Taylor (2000) suggested that procedural and interactional justice affected variables via different intervening mechanisms. 例：This finding conflicts with that obtained by the result of Masterson et al.
