臺大管理論叢 NTU Management Review VOL.30 NO.2

We are in an era which human beings encounter increasingly complex issues and needs related to medical and health care. Including the advancement of disease control and prevention, the development of new medication, and long-term care management, etc., quite a few growing trends are emerging, and in some fields/industries, cross-fields collaboration is replacing traditional frameworks of studies within individual disciplines/industries. It is noted that the scope and development of management for international medical industries expand and become more multi-faceted. NTU Management Review places a high value on match making research on management with fields related to medical sciences, and will host an international seminar on “Management and Medical Sciences Interdisciplinary Conference” from October 30 th to November 1 st , 2020 in Taipei, Taiwan. We are glad to report that until the first deadline (on June 6 th , 2020), we have received many submissions both from domestic and from international authors. The second submission deadline is August 31 st , 2020. We continuously welcome experts and scholars to submit abstracts or papers, and also participate in the conference. Besides hosting the interdisciplinary conference, to promote interactions among management scholars in the Asia-Pacific region and around the world, NTU Management Review wholeheartedly invite scholars to attend the “2021 Management Theory and Practice Conference”. The conference will be held at Hanoi, Vietnam on April 4 th and 5 th , 2021. The conference aims to provide an academic forum for the exchange of management-related research thoughts and suggestions for future areas of research in the Asia-Pacific region. We welcome scholars as well as practitioners from throughout the world to join this international conference.
